1. **Eligibility:**

2. **Entry Submission:** Submit
your best photograph(s) or video(s) via emailing to: [email protected]
or sending a message to the Facebook artist page: NicholasD.art Facebook Page by 06/06/2024.
3. **Judging Criteria:**
Photographs will be judged based on creativity, originality & technical
quality.
4. **Winner Selection:**
The winner will be chosen by the artist himself and announced on 12/06/2024 on Facebook and winner will be
contacted personally.
5. **Prize:**
The winner will receive either a $100 Dan Murphy’s
OR a $100 Big W gift voucher depending on age or choice.
Recipients of a $100 Dan Murphy’s gift voucher must be over the age of 18.
6. **Usage Rights:**
By entering the contest, participants grant Nicholas D’Ombrain (The Artist) the
right to use their photographs for promotional purposes.
7. **Privacy:**
Personal information provided will be used solely for the purposes of this
contest and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988.
